Our restaurant is nestled between the industrial and residential zones, split by Pringle Creek, which flows through our back yard just past our large outdoor patio. The interior of the restaurant was designed and built by the Radtke family and features a stunning spalted alder bar, Norfolk pine tables, and is accented by heat-treated steel throughout to match our handcrafted tap handles. Our menu ranges from gourmet burgers to flatbread pizzas, as well as weekly specials. We have a large variety of foods to cater to any taste. Sundays we give our kitchen free reign of the kitchen and their creations are always imaginative and tasty. We are located not far from I-5, Hwy 22, and a few blocks from the Salem airport. Open 7 days a week, 11am to 10pm Monday through Thursday, 11am-12pm Friday and Saturday, and 11am till 9pm on Sunday.
